My work explores the zones of our urban spaces that exist as thresholds between cultivated and wild, control and entropy, what was before and what will come after, known and unknown. I am interested in presenting “nature” outside conventional patterns, thereby opening a space for questioning how social reality refers to the natural world in the age of the Anthropocene. Materially, I blur the lines between synthetic and natural, flat and three-dimensional, moving toward an alchemy that intertwines man and nature and questions how we co-evolve.
